1. Scope of Services
AZ Enterprise specializes in industrial waterproofing, structural retrofitting, epoxy coating, and grouting systems. The information provided on this website serves as a general outline of our capabilities and does not constitute a legally binding service contract.
2. Site Inspections & Estimates
Any preliminary cost estimates provided over phone or email are provisional. A formal, binding financial proposal will only be issued after a comprehensive physical site survey is conducted by our engineering team to assess the true condition of the substrate or structure.
3. Warranties & Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranties for waterproofing and structural repairs (e.g., 5-year or 10-year guarantees) are valid only when explicitly documented in the final signed contract and after full payment has been received. Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by subsequent structural modifications, are not covered.
4. Governing Law
All commercial agreements and service contracts executed with AZ Enterprise shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
