The data we collect is used to schedule site visits, prepare accurate cost estimates, and provide our core construction and engineering services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or corporate information to third-party brokers or marketing agencies.
3. Client Confidentiality (NDA)
We understand the sensitive nature of industrial facilities. Any blueprints, factory layouts, or proprietary production line information shared with our engineering team for the purpose of structural assessment or waterproofing design is treated with strict confidentiality.
4. Data Retention
Client and project data associated with completed jobs and active warranties are retained in our secure database to facilitate future maintenance and honor our guarantee periods. Data from unawarded projects is periodically purged from our active systems.
